Make sure what kind of building it is you’re getting. Some real estate can be very expensive to own. That does not mean it’s bad, but you might need a slightly higher cashflow if you buy something that costs more to keep in good condition. Like a castle from 1660?? :) The one in the picture is Lövstad Slott outside Norrköping in Sweden. Pretty cool, ha?
