So. The final day in the saddle and it was just as great as the others. I loved this biking adventure. Except for the heavy rain that hit me between DeLand and Daytona Beach. I started off just outside a place called Mount Dora in central Florida then made my way to the beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Parts of the journey were really scenic and nice, other parts super boring long straights.
As I entered Daytona I passed by their International Motor Stadium. Massive place that I think seats up to a quarter million people on some events. Really cool! After passing the motor stadium I crossed a big bridge that took me to the beach where I went straight in for a swim.
Mission accomplished :)
