As I have said millions of times I’m always looking for good business. This summer that hunt for good deals has taken me to land that could be turned into buildable lot’s. In order to set it all up there is a fair bit of bureaucracy to plough through, but profits can be huge if everything is done right and the potential use of the land is maximized.
Pictures below are from a project just like the one I’m looking at, just 10 times bigger. I spent some time there to see if it inspired me. It did! My next move will be to put in an offer on the land mentioned earlier to get the negotiations going.
