Lunch :)

Lot’s of herring and vegetables is the best. Herring is a fish. Fish contains omega 3. Omega 3 is like a lubricant for your brain. Makes you feel better.


Today is a Sunday, but not a day for resting. Working on a chapter for my book, have a meeting with some people who wants help building a house out by the beach, hopefully 9 holes of golf and a small workout before dinner tonight. What are you working on this weekend?
