So here is what’s up at this very moment.
In America I have five properties in a combined area of over an acre. I own these with a beautiful American woman which makes me feel cool :) All in all there is one duplex, two bigger houses and two smaller cottages.
As of now, the cottages and one of the bigger houses are rented. That is enough to give us a 10% return on investment. The duplex and second big house is being restored right now and should be rented within a month or so. When done our return on investment should be close to 25%. If that all works out this deal would be really good.
The next steps in the American business would be to see if we could get hold of a few more houses along the street and the potentially develop a small piece of land on the Mexican gulf.
