Reminder.

I think I have said something about this before, BUT. I need to remind myself and this is a good forum for it.

My belief is that in order to get anywhere, you need to know what it is that you want. A goal, an ambition, a lifestyle, a career, a body or whatsoever. It can be big, small, different, you name it.

For me it’s something like this. A real estate investor and developer with a healthy lifestyle, healthy body and healthy mind. I want to use my head to create assets and money.

When you know what you want, it’s easier to determine if what you are doing helps you get closer to it or not. I personally tend to feel pretty bad about myself if I do something that does not help me get closer to my goals.

Here is an example.

To make good money I need confidence and good ideas. I get that from living the way I tend to favor the most. Exercising, eating healthy, time for reading and studying, mixed up with some business errands (like going to look at a house, stopping by the bank, looking for materials to an apartment etc.).

If I were to do something different (like I have been the last month or so) I lose my mojo. If I do manual labor, I don’t feel like a businessman. If I don’t go for my walks, I don’t get enough time to process all my thoughts. That clogs up my mind.. If I… you get it..

So. From here on, I’ll do my very best to get my mojo back. I need to feel like a successful business man in order to be one.

Does this make sense to you? It does the trick for me. The hard part is having enough self discipline to do what you need in order to get what you want.
