Our latest renovation was a house we bought in Florida. We paid 55 000 USD for the house, a trailer, a workshop, a shed and a boat slip. An amazing deal that we pursued for almost two years. Once we finally persuaded the owners to sell us these abandoned properties we got right to work. The house is already done and pictured below. The trailer, the workshop and the shed will be done this week. The boat slip will have to be a project for later.
Our total investment will be somewhere around 65 000 USD and it will get us a 16500 USD cash flow, plus a free workshop and storage for ourselves.
