Three musts for a startup.

Starting and running a business will be a lot easier if you remember and stick to these three top tip’s from a few globally recognised entrepreneurs.

1. Know your market:

Who are the customers. What do they do, feel, think? Find out all potential competitors. What can you learn from their successes and failures? How does your product make this market better?

2. Know who you are:

What is your service and business? What do you stand for? What’s the identity? What makes people or potential customers drawn to you? What makes them excited about you? Who are you?

3.  Know how to sell:

This is a major break in the build of your empire. Sales are what generate revenues. Without revenue it doesn’t matter how good your product is. So. Can you sell? Could you learn to sell? Learn to sell even better? Make sure you sell!
