I’m in Prague. 

It’s nice here. Around 20 degrees celsius and endles streets with old and beautiful buildings. 

   
  Beer costs less than a dollar and the most common food is dumplings. It’s like boiled dough. Not very healthy. 

On a real estate note I think the system here might be a bit difficult. I have seen a lot of empty old buildings on really great locations. If they were to be located in Sweden or the US theese would definetly have been restored by a capitalist, but here nothing.
