Five things for a good day. A routine.

I have a routine that I try to do every day.

It’s five things that I try to do every day. If I make it, I have usually had a good day. If I make 4 of them, I still usually have a pretty good day. If I’m down to three of them, a decent day. If I only make one or two of them, it’s not that great of a day. The list looks as follows:

1. At least 2 hours of work on the computer.
2. Stretch my back as recommended by the chiropractor.
3. Take care of my personal hygiene.
4. Go for a walk.
5. Exercise.
