Slöinge Pizzeria is a restaurant who my friend Ali runs in one of my houses. He just made a short video from his place which is also my place :) Having him and his restaurant as renters has worked great so far. I’m actually quite proud of it. And I get free pizza! The rent is slightly lower than an apartment of similar size would have been but I like what the restaurant provides to the little town my houses are in which makes it worth it. The house it’s in as a three story brick house with 5 units that are all rented.
