About two years ago my buddy Toby told me that videos are the way ahead in internet marketing. He was right on. Today everything is about videos. For me, all business at Equobiz is a direct result of videos. My relationship with other entrepreneurs with an interest in real estate comes from videos, promotion of products I’m selling is most successful through videos. Promotion for my friends is done through videos. Videos like this one that I just put together for my buddy Maxime who has a company called Eponea AB:

I also had a thought the other day. Most photographers that don’t “make” it but still remain photographers end up photographing real estate because it makes them some pretty good money. Since videos beat photos in marketing on everything else online, I think realtors should start making videos about the objects they are selling. In videos they can usually give certain vibes to the customers. Create feelings. Reach deeper. I might actually try to make a business out of that myself.

Hire cheap staff in Asia to do the editing (which todays photographers are already doing with their images) and then cash in.
