As I told you a while back, I decided to check for potential buyers for one of my houses. I have had it rented for a few years, which works great, but giving my love of the deals I can’t help but to try putting it on the market for a little while to see what interest there is.
Thanks to that beautiful cash flow and plenty of good people wanting to rent it, I won’t have to let it go if I don’t make good money doing so. Clever, isn’t it?
