Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like Chipotle Mexican Grill. They are putting food back in fast food :)

It’s nice to know that you get good food for cheap. I usually spend $6 on a meal that keeps me full and happy. That said, I do love hamburgers and crap too. My only problem is that I feel awful after eating bad food. I think it’s a combination of guilt and all the processed, chemical trash that goes through my body.

So, GO Chipotle! Thanks for existing :) If not Chipotle I’m a big fan of authentic Thai food or sushi. And a good Cuban sandwich.. and.. eh.

I find restaurant hard to enjoy. My mom cooks better than most people I know and I have taken advantage of some of that knowledge. The result is that I get more food, wine and quality if I buy the stuff and cook it myself. I also avoid being rushed and the bill is almost non existent in comparison.

That said! There are benefits to going out. I see the perks of having a waiter taking care of you and no dishes :) I like the cooking so that is not a benefit for me, but I also love outsourcing, even though I think I can do it myself.

In wrapping this up, we are back to real estate related stuff.

I don’t mind installing a new vanity or cleaning windows, but I think my time is more valuable than that so I’m trying really hard to find people I can outsource it to. Finding good value workers when you know how well you could do it yourself is hard.

I love cooking but it takes time that I don’t always have. Because of that I have to outsource it. Outsourcing cooking means going to restaurants. Finding good value restaurants when you can cook yourself is hard.

So what is the solution to both? ..

.. MEXICANS!! :)

Chipotle Mexican Grill and Mexican workers. It’s starting to look like there is no other place for consistent good value. It’s not perfect, but it’s cheap enough to be worth a slight imperfection.
