I like staying in hotels in Sweden because they have the best breakfasts in the world. Another benefit is the old surroundings you can end up in. Like here, in a 200 year old castle overlooking Öresund. Castle like this won’t be built in Sweden today. There is no way the county would allow anyone the premium of living so well. I also believe the neighbours might try to kill you for being too different and showing off too much. People in Sweden want everything to be “just enough”. It’s called Jantelagen.
