I have a few things going on right now so I’m glad my delegating is working :) A realtor is preparing one of my houses for an upcoming sale. I have carpenters who are out doing small renovations on some of my customer’s houses. I have another realtor who is helping evaluate land and potential house prices on a development I’m trying to put together. I have people and an excavator making a foundation for a new house some of my customers have ordered. I have my banker working on setting up the best possible financing for a house I want to buy. I have a great friend who is helping me learn about the real estate market in western Florida where we are looking to invest this autumn. I have my mother cooking for me and I have my mother doing my laundry :) All working well!
