Midsummer

Yep. It’s today. We celebrate the brightest day of the year in Sweden. Turns out my body wanted to make the most of it so I woke up at 3 a.m. Stayed in bed for half an hour then got up and went for a 90 minute walk. Very scenic outside.

According to the weather channel, sun goes up at 4 a.m. and down just after 10 p.m. where I live. Drive 8 hours north and it won’t go down at all. Pretty cool! So, how do we celebrate this spectacular day? Well, pretty much like this:
