A 1 bed, 1 bath unit for approx. $600/month.
So there is one 1 bed in each of the two duplexes. We will keep one of them for ourselves while renting the second one. The one in the photos below is up for rent since a few days ago. We finished it last week and it actually turned out pretty good. Nice and bright. I like it.
I’ll show you the third unit tomorrow. After that a few days wait until we wrap up the final apartment which we will use for ourselves.
