It’s time. My TOP FIVE REAL ESTATE BOOKS!
They are good. I just need to figure out how good. Or not how good, but rather, which is the best???
I know, this is an impossible questions,so I’m just going to start in the same order as I read them.
Number one: THINK AND GROW RICH – NAPOLEON HILL
Once you get what he is on about you get it all. I feel like an idiot for telling people to read this and everything will make sense, but there is nothing for it. After reading this, everything does make sense. Read it!
Numer Two – Rich Dad, poor Dad….
What can I say..? You just have to read it or you are not a proper real estate investor. Assets is everything. All we should ever focus on is to gather more assets. The book is great.
Number Three – My life and 1 000 houses!
This book was written by Mitch Stephen. I always forget that name., but I love the guy. This is a book that is completely unconventionall. Mitch does his thing in his own way and it works. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed reading about him. A fairly normal guy doing his deals. and doing them well. He was SMART! Thanks Mitch Stephen!
Number FOUR – BECOME a REAL ESTATE MILLIONAIRE:
I read a short episode in a bigger book that was written by Dean and I loved it. I loved it so much that I bought the only book I could find by the same author. Gguess what. I loved his book too. Buy and read his book. It’s cool!
Final book. Talk and Grow Rich by Ron Holland.
I was so against it. A book from the seventies that uses a play of words as it’s title. And not any play of words. May favourite words. Think and grow rich… Who knew such a sneaky book could be so good. Or good. Brilliant. No book has given me so many “ahaa” experiences as this book. It’s amazing. Read it!
